RHUBARB

...is mildly poisonous if eaten raw*

...grows best in the dark. This is called "forced rhubarb"

...is so acidic you can scour a pot with it. I like to
imagine that it does a similar thing to my guts: scour
'em out

I dunno how most people do it, but I like to chop up some
rhubarb in a pot, drop a few strawbs in there and cook
until soupy. Then I chill it. Finally, I eat it.
